Show Notes

In this first episode, we talk about how to win at life and what it actually means to each of us. We have our own definitions and approaches, but some of the key points are a balance of across the main domains in life, understanding what is important to you, your mindset and being able to maintain the ongoing process.

We also each give you our 3 life lessons that taught us what we know now about progressing and winning at life.

Itamar’s lessons:

The past is there to teach you, not define you
Money isn’t everything, but not having it can be
A combination of brute resilience and a sound internal relationship builds an elite mental foundation

Emil’s lessons:

Extremes aren’t the answer / without health you can’t progress in life (health must be a foundation)
Failure is good
Compromise is bullshit
